THE CLASSICS
Traditional Victoria Sponge: yummy vanilla cake filled with strawberry jam and buttercream
Chocolate Cake: deliciously chocolatey chocolate cake filled with your choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream
Lemon cake: one of our most popular flavours. Zingy lemon cake filled with a light lemon marmalade, or zesty lemon curd, and a fresh lemon buttercream
Rich Fruit Cake: mounds of dried fruit soaked in plenty of Brandy making this fruit cake rich and deliciously moist. Covered with marzipan and fondant icing.
NEW FAVOURITES
Red Velvet: an American classics filled with your choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream
Cookies & Cream: vanilla or chocolate cake filled with oreo buttercream - creamy with a crunchy biscuit texture
Chocolate Orange: our delicious chocolate cake marbled with a lovely orange sponge, filled with orange buttercream and Chocolate Orange pieces.
SOMETHING SPECIAL:
Salted Caramel: Sweet and salty - this caramel sponge is a real winner. Filled with a wonderful caramel sauce and a vanilla buttercream. Feeling extra indulgent? Why not add some pieces of crumbly fudge?
Gingerbread Cake: warming and comforting ginger cake with a hint of cinnamon with vanilla buttercream. Add some caramelised pecans as a crunchy filling or some caramel sauce for an added bit of sweetness.
Chocolate & Baileys: Not for kids! Our lovely chocolatey chocolate cake with an indulgent Bailey's buttercream. With extra chocolate sauce and chocolate chips in the filing for added decadence.

Allergen Information:
All of our cakes contain the following allergens: eggs, dairy (milk, butter, margarine, cream,) gluten (flour) If you have dairy or gluten-free dietary requirements, most of the above cakes can be adjusted to suit. I currently have a limited offer of vegan cakes but I’m working on it! Although the cakes may not contain nuts, baked goods are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are present.
E numbers are present in food colours.
