About Me

Vicky Kurtis wedding (high res)-549.jpg

Hi! I'm Vicky and I am the founder of Tallulah's Bakery, a cake baking and decorating company based in Marton in Middlesbrough.

What started as a hobby, whilst working front of house at an English Heritage site, quickly became my dream job when I realised Tallulah's Bakery perfectly combined my love of cake, being creative and my passion for working with the public delivering top notch customer service.

My whole heart goes in to creating celebration cakes that are unique and personal to you, so that they bring you joy and add a touch of magic to your special occasions. And that goes for wedding cakes too:  I'm here to inspire you to be bold, to create the wedding cake of your brightest dreams and get your love story on to a heart-fizzingly amazing cake.

Oh, and it will taste blooming marvellous too!

When I'm not making cakes you can usually find me having conversations with my cats, re-reading Harry Potter, playing Super Mario (not at the same time, my multi-tasking doesn't stretch that far,) dreaming about Japan, learning about the magic of the universe (manifestation, yes please!) & eating too many chocolate HobNobs/Cinnamon rolls/donuts.

Oh! And by the way, I am rated 5* for Food Hygiene by Middlesbrough Borough council and fully insured.
